This piece was created initially as a student project for the Arts Administration Graduate program at The University of Akron but has become a mile-marker for my artistic career here in this city. It weaves the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce 'A-Factor' inspirational speech from 2007 and artist interviews about the current state of the arts in Akron to what they hope this city can become. Interviews and appearances include, Suzie Graham of City of Akron's Arts and Children's Programs, Claudia and Michael of Zeber-Martell Clay Studio and Gallery, Todd V. of Wasted Talent Media, Rachel Roberts a regional singer-songwriter/performer and painter Ursula Rauh, Ron White a visual artists and arts activist. The piece ends with scenes from the Akron Art Museum, the Federal Building art piece by Al Held, and other beautiful sights from the area. Music: "Sons & Daughters" by The Decemberists
