Akron Pride Vendor/Exhibitor Application
Saturday, August 26, 2017 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Mission Statement

The mission of Akron Pride is to unify and affirm the LBGTQ community and allies in celebrating our diversity and recognizing our likeness. We will promote acceptance of all individuals by defending human equity.
Akron Pride along with the support of the City of Akron is proud to present Akron Pride Festival - This is an LGBTQ festival in which we invite diversity and inclusivity!  

Akron Pride takes place Saturday, August 26, 2017  from 12 p.m.-8 p.m. 

Deadline for application and payment is due no later than Friday, July 1, 2017 to ensure your spot.  Booth space is limited and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.

Booth space is $75 for a 10' x 10' - $150 for double space 10' x 20'

Non-profit space is $40 for 10' x 10' - $80 for double space 10' x 20'

You are solely responsible for reporting all applicable taxes from sales at this event.

THIS IS NOT A FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

GENERAL RULES:

Acceptance as a vendor is based on a first come first serve basis, we cannot reserve a spot until the completed application has been received, reviewed and accepted.
Akron Pride Fest will exercise the right to reject inappropriate booth content prior to or during the show.
Each exhibitor is provided a 10x10 foot space. Be mindful that this is a RAIN or SHINE event. Tents should be weighted to withstand inclement weather.
You will only have your 10x10 space with NO space around the booth. Tent walls are acceptable.
You are permitted to request two spaces.
No electric will be provided.
Exhibits must be manned for the entire festival. (12 p.m. – 8 p.m.)
Set up and teardown of the booth are the responsibility of the vendor.

VENDOR REGISTRATION:

Detailed set up & booth information will be sent via email once your application has been accepted.
Please check in at our vendor service area upon arrival.

SET UP TIMES:

All booths must be fully in place by 11 a.m. Event begins 12 p.m.
The grounds will open at 8 p.m. for vendor set up on Saturday morning.
There is no set-up allowed prior to Saturday morning.

UNLOADING & PARKING:

You may drive near to your space in order to unload your items into your exhibit space. After unloading, please move all vehicles BEFORE 11 a.m. to parking areas. Please check with organizer for designated areas . 

LIABILITY

Exhibitor agrees to protect, save and keep City of Akron, Akron Pride, CANAPI, all presenting sponsors and their representatives and agents forever harmless from any claims or charges imposed for violation of any law or ordinance whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitor, or those holding under or through the exhibitor, and exhibitor shall indemnify and hold them harmless, against and all loss, costs, damage, liabilities, causes of action, debts or expenses arising from or by reason of any injury to exhibitors, their employees, agents or guests or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by the contract. When acts of God, work stoppages or any other cause not within the control of show management make it impossible for exhibitor or any of his materials to occupy or function in the show premises, the Exhibitor shall waive any claim for damages or compensation. IN ADDITION, EXHIBITOR FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT INSURANCE COVERING THE EXHIBITOR AND HIS PROPERTY AGAINST DAMAGE, PROPERTY AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTION LOSSES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXHIBITOR.
