We are actively seeking bands, djs, and other musical acts to join us at our Summit Lake Neighborhood Farmers’ Markets this Summer and Fall. Might you be interested in joining us for one or more markets down at Summit Lake?

Specifically, we are looking for music that can engage young and old folks alike. For example, last year we had jazz bands, African drumming, and a DJ playing a wide variety of music. Acts should be prepared to play for approximately 2 hours and are welcome to stay for the duration of the market. Of course, bands and DJs can use their discretion in creating sets with built in breaks.

Compensation will be $50 for each market. In addition, we will make sure all musical acts leave with a bag of fresh produce and other market goodies. Lastly, folks can put a hat down and busk for money from audience members! We will do our best to promote all shows and welcome acts to do the same.

Please let me know if you are interested in playing at the Summit Lake Farmers’ Market. Markets will be every Tuesday (except July 4th) from 4-7pm starting June 20th and ending October 3rd. I have listed the dates below and would ask that if you are interested, Please Choose Your Top 3 Dates and Send Them to Me!

  1. Hi. I am a professional piano player. I would be interested in learning about performing for the Arts. I play standards that entertain young to old. Please let me know what dates are open.
