Interested in using your creativity to bring a spark to Akron? @PLAY is seeking local artists, interns, and volunteers for paid part-time and monthly positions to produce custom-designed interactive art projects for every Akron neighborhood from July '17 to December '18.
ARTIST OPPORTUNITIES
What would you create with $1,000-$8,000 for your neighborhood? We want to work with you to strategically design creative collaborative experiences that celebrate neighborhood identity and encourage deeper community connections. This could mean producing one of your ideas or enlisting your help to develop someone else's.
INTERN OPPORTUNITIES
We'll be conducting extensive research to quantify the value of art in public space and have several paid positions available for interns who want to learn more about the business of art.
