The feature film for the evening with be ‘The Muppet Movie’! (1979, rated G)
Free Akron Outdoor Movies will host the 6th Annual Free Outdoor Movie Night at Glendale Cemetery, Saturday, September 9, 2017.
Gates and trolley service will open at 6:00 p.m. and the movie will start at approximately 8:15 p.m. The Civil War Memorial Chapel will be open to visitors that evening.
Visitors are encouraged to come early and enjoy the beautiful grounds and picnic on the Great Meadow. Food vendors include The Square Scullery, The Popcorn Truck, and Popsmith! We’ll have a pre-movie craft experience for kids of all ages with Jennifer Davis of smART Studio.
Glendale Cemetery asks that you please leave your furry friends at home. If it rains, this event will be moved to the following day, Sunday 9/10, at the same times.
