Be Well, Be Zen

Join us at The Well Community Development Corporation on Saturday, December 2 for FUNDRAISER that supports WELL-BEING for YOURSELF and the MIDDLEBURY COMMUNITY.

Spend your Saturday morning with yoga teacher, Ann Durr, as she guide particpants through a gentle vinyasa yoga class in the beautiful sanctuary space at The Well. After the class, we invite you to come down to Compass Coffee for a beverage of choice, included in the ticket price. Proceeds will be given to The Well’s economic development and housing initiatives in Middlebury community, a traditionally under-served area of Akron.

Registration is at 11 am / Class starts at 11:15 am

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.

Nonprofit and for-profit leadership and marketing/communication professionals interested in learning about SEEN and participating in a conversation about the importance of authenticity and representation in our work.
