A native of Cleveland, Ohio and graduate of John Carroll University, Billy has appeared in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip including The Tropicana, Caesars Palace, The Venetian and The Orleans as well as Special Guest Vocalist with the World-Renowned Cleveland Pops Orchestra at Severance Hall — one of the most revered Concert Halls in the world! Billy’s public service announcements have been heard worldwide on the United States Armed Forces Radio Network with principle roles on stage and television.
