Buti Yoga fuses power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. BUTI helps break through barriers of self-esteem, teaching the belief of the power within. Geared toward women, BUTI has female physiology and mentality in mind, so this workshop is for ladies only.
