Join Akron Craft + Social Club at Compass Coffee for our June event, “Terrific Totes : Block Printing pARTy” a creative opportunity to get crafty, get social, and give back to a local charity.
As a participant, you will learn the FUNdamentals of the block printing process and explore techniques to print your image on a varitey of materials, including a set of notecards and a tote bag. Beginners are welcome. No experience is necessary!
A portion of proceeds from “Terrific Totes : Block Printing pARTy” will benefit The Well Akron Community Development Corporation. The Well works with like-minded partners to create affordable housing, a thriving economy, and place-making initiatives, while reinvesting worth, value, and dignity back into the individual lives and social health of the neighborhoods of Akron. Rebuilding community through relationships.

Registration is required via Eventbrite. $50 event fee includes all supplies, materials, and take home kit. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and munchies, beverages available for sale from Compass Coffee.
