Common Threads Akron - Akron's Foreign Born

Common Threads Akron is the result of a collaboration between Global Ties Akron and Knight Foundation to bring people from culturally diverse backgrounds together in a common space to share their story and engage in community dialogue.

To kick off our series, we will be meeting at Birchwood Supply Co. in the West Hill neighborhood to hear from some of Akron’s foreign-born residents. Refreshments will be provided.
