Join us for the kick-off of the Akron Art Museum’s Downtown@Dusk concert series, featuring Grammy-award winning jazz trumpeter Curtis Taylor, accompanied by Akron’s Theron Brown.

Join us for the kick-off of the Akron Art Museum’s Downtown@Dusk concert series, featuring Grammy-award winning jazz trumpeter Curtis Taylor, accompanied by Akron’s Theron Brown.

Taylor has performed with pianist Cyrus Chestnut at the Kennedy Center (recorded for NPR’s Jazzset), played engagements at Dizzy’s Club in New York City and toured extensively around the world. He has also performed and recorded with rising jazz star Gregory Porter.
