Early Music Pop-Up Concert with Les Délices at Akron-Summit County Public Library

Les Délices performs a FREE concert at 3:00pm at the Akron-Summit County Public Library’s Main Library (60 S. High Street) in the High Street Lobby.

Early oboe specialist and Les Délices director Debra Nagy plus Steuart Pincombe (viola da gamba) and harpsichordist Mark Edwards will perform sensitive and thrilling solos by François Couperin, Bach, Marais, and more.  This pop-up concert in the library’s High Street lobby will allow guests of all ages can to listen to, learn about, and experience Baroque music and period instruments in a casual setting.

This performance is a preview the group’s upcoming 10th Anniversary Season, which includes a new four-concert series at Akron’s Holy Trinity Lutheran Church beginning in October.
