As Graceland® prepares to mark the milestone 40th anniversary of Elvis’™ passing this August, it has announced the U.S. debut of “Elvis: Live in Concert,” an all-new concert production featuring Elvis Presley on the big screen accompanied by a live orchestra, coming to 12 cities this August.

Two week shy of the 40th anniversary, this Elvis tour will be celebrating the Opening Night of its debut American tour at Akron’s brand new Goodyear Theater. The concert performance is scheduled for Wednesday, August 2 at 8:00 p.m. The Goodyear Theater’s presentation of Elvis is the tour’s ONLY AREA APPEARANCE.

This critically-acclaimed stage event, which has sold out arenas across the world since last November, is inspired by the award-winning, chart-topping album releases, “If I Can Dream” and “The Wonder of You,” which features remastered vocals of the king’s voice and new orchestral arrangements of some of his biggest hits. In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative.
