Join Deborah A. Easton, Communication Skills Consultant, for a program on how to manage today’s multi-generational workforce. There are now five generations in today’s workforce, each with a different method of accomplishing asks, giving and following instructions, and communicating. For anyone who manages multiple generations, an understanding of these different methods is key to leading a productive and cohesive team and building trust among team members. This program will give a brief overview of the shared historical experiences that create each generation’s mindset about work, and an understanding of different generation’s work habits and requirements of management.
Easton has a Master’s Degree in Rhetoric and Communication. She has been facilitating corporate training for thousands of employees of various industries for over 35 years.
