Family Day: School Is Cool

Kick start your child’s school year with artful approaches to math and science concepts, early literacy and creative movement.

Arts experiences boost critical thinking skills which help children relate to others and understand their world. Kick start your child’s school year with artful approaches to math and science concepts, early literacy and creative movement. Special guest: Dr. U.R. Awesome! Skilled bubbleologist and World Record holder for largest outdoor soap bubbles will perform from 11:30 am – 12 pm.

Family Day events are designed for children ages 0-12, with an adult caretaker. Event-related activities are free. Admission to the galleries is also free for adult members and ALL children (age 17 and under with an adult). Regular admission applies to non-member adults.
