Free Women's Self-Defense Class

Learn simple techniques that could save your life! This two-hour class is designed to offer women both verbal and physical techniques including: screaming; wrist breakaway; free oneself from a chokehold; escape if pinned to the ground; practice kick and slaps.

Class size is limited to 30 adult participants, so please register in advance.
