Fused Glass with Marianne Hite

Come take a fusing class and melt glass color together in your own unique designs!

Glass fusing is the melting together of different colors of glass that are compatible with each other. This class will teach you how to cut glass and make your own designs in fused glass.

You will need two pieces of glass in the desired size plus your accent colors. Have some ideas in mind of what you are interested in creating or let the instructor know you are looking for suggestions.

You must bring your own materials such as fusible glass ( System 96 or Bullseye) and papyrus fusing paper, kiln wash, a dust mask is good to have on hand too.Tools are provided for class use. Bring along goggles if you have them otherwise we supply them. System 96 glass or Bullseye glass 90 can be used but choose one type or the other as they cannot be mixed together. Suggested for first or second class depending on any prior glass cutting skills: 12″x12″ clear fusible glass system 96, more may be needed depending on your project; 12″x 12″ color system 96, more may be needed depending on your project. ... view more »
