Kenmore Neighborhood Alliance and KenMore Kreative Present: Kenmore Youth Theater’s – Alice in Wonderland

 

Akron’s Kenmore neighborhood is experiencing an arts renaissance that is now reaching its youth.  KenMore Kreative’s first production Alice in Wonderland, is being put on by the newly formed, Kenmore Youth Theater. This newly formed theater in Akron is for children and run by children with professional support.  Along with a very talented cast, our Kenmore Kids are in charge from script to final bow, learning valuable leadership skills along the way! This is a new theatre movement like no other that you do not want to miss.
 
Thirteen year-old director Chloe Freeman is joined by an all-youth ensemble, from cast to technical artists. The show will be held in the historic Rialto Theatre, right in the heart of Kenmore.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.

Nonprofit and for-profit leadership and marketing/communication professionals interested in learning about SEEN and participating in a conversation about the importance of authenticity and representation in our work.
