Budding yogis (7-13) will join certified yoga instructor Lisa Meranti to disconnect from the stresses of school and extra curricular activities to reconnect to nature while practicing yoga. Portion of this class will include a mindful walk in the woods. Wear comfortable clothing, dress in layers, bring a yoga mat or large towel, and drinking water.
