Mendelssohn's Elijah

Three Akron choirs merge to form a chorus of 200 voices in Mendelssohn’s grand musical drama telling the story of the prophet Elijah. Word painting illustrates the text through vivid musical imagery and ingenious orchestral scoring.

Tickets for Akron Symphony Orchestra concerts are $20, $35, $45 and $55. Tickets for the Akron Symphony Chorus are $15 general admission with student tickets 50% off.
