Moving Toward Action

In this study series – Moving Towards Action – we will define oppression and learn how illegitimate and unaccountable power uses oppression as a tool to damage self-determination and our chances of winning this fight against abused power and unjust political, economic, corporate and media institutions. We will explore how oppression shows up in human interactions and reflect on ways to operate in ways beneficial to building broad based coalitions and allies. We will also learn from past social movements frameworks, strategies, and mistakes made to apply to current struggles.
