SCREENAGERS Movie and Light Dinner

Join us for a FREE light dinner and to watch “SCREENAGERS: Growing Up in the Digital Age” at the Shaw JCC auditorium in Akron.

The community is invited to join The Lippman School on Wednesday, March 21st from 6:15 pm – 8:00 pm for a free public viewing and discussion of SCREENAGERS: Growing Up in the Digital Age.  Directed by Delaney Ruston, SCREENAGERS is the first feature documentary to explore the impact of screen technology on kids and offer parents and families proven solutions that work.

A free light dinner will be served at 6:15 pm and the movie will start at 6:30 in the Shaw JCC auditorium in Akron. A facilitated discussion led by Rabbi Josh Brown of Temple Israel will follow and will focus on how each of us can help our children make healthy choices in daily life that balance the benefits of technology and positive, face-to-face social interactions.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative.
