"The Emperor's New Clothes"

Presented by Illusion Factory at Summit Artspace, Akron OH

Oct 21 2017

Enjoy the preview performance of this favorite story, based on the Hans Christian Andersen tale, but written for The Illusion Factory players.

A vain Emperor hires weavers to create a new wardrobe made from a fabric invisible to anyone beneath him. Little does he know he is about to make a spectacular fool of himself when all is “revealed” in front of his subjects.

This is a preview performance of The Illusion Factory’s 2017-2018 touring show, “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” before it hits the road! Tickets are $10 per person; Children 3 years and under are free. Seating is first-come, first-serve. Guests are encouraged to dress up in their favorite spooky Halloween attire, and will be able to take photos with the cast members after the show. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Performance will last approximately 50 minutes.
