Valley Girls: Being/Becoming Release Show

After four years, Valley Girls are releasing their second full-length album “Being/Becoming.” An album about change and transition, this four year period has seen the two of us go through many and it is our greatest pleasure to finally be able to share this album with our community. Please join us on April 28 as we are also joined by:

Nosaw wason (Maggie Duff)–electro-acoustic noise/ambient via singing saw and manifold effects.

Matt Haas–pastoral loops and singer-songwriter interregnums

Valley Girls CDs of both albums available for $5-10.

Parking is available across the street from the venue near January Paints. Handicapped parking is available in the Hive Mind gravel parking lot outside of the venue

PARKING INFO

Guests may park in the large parking lot across the street from our venue. Artists may park in our lot to unload their equipment and/or artwork. Handicapped individuals may also park in our parking lot on the right (North) side of Exchange Street.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.

Nonprofit and for-profit leadership and marketing/communication professionals interested in learning about SEEN and participating in a conversation about the importance of authenticity and representation in our work.
