William Shakespeare's Cymbeline

Presented by Rubber City Theatre at Well Community Development Corporation (CDC), Akron OH

Feb 10 - 26 2017
William Shakespeare's Cymbeline

Poison Apple, Evil Stepmother, Young Heroine who takes her destiny into her own hands. . . sounds more like a Disney film then a Shakespearean play. This fairy tale-like play is the perfect adventure for adults.

Rubber City Shakespeare Company continues to honor the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death with this fairy-tale like play. This exciting show tells the tale of a King, his long lost sons, an evil queen with a poisoned apple, and a young heroine who takes her destiny into her own hands. Cymbeline is the perfect fairy-tale adventure for adults, just in time for St. Valentine’s Day.
