A free and informative sheep herding demonstration on the front lawn of the Perkins Stone Mansion.

Join working border collies, Modibo, Rudy, Lincoln and Luke as they show off their skills as the official stock dogs of The Summit County Historical Society.

Take a trip back in time when Akron was home to the largest sheep farm east of the Mississippi River!

Learn why border collies do what they do, what herding instinct is, why sheep are important, and so much more! If you like dogs, history, or adorable lambs, this is an event you will not want to miss!
