Akron Center for Art, Music & Performance (The Center)

The Akron Center for Art, Music, & Performance is a creative arts center in Akron’s West Hill neighborhood between Downtown and Highland Square.

Wandering Aesthetics, Dunamis Theatre, Gum-Dip Theatre, Around Akron w/ Blue Green and co. have come together to re-imagine The Center. Featuring a redesigned black box theatre and ample studio space, expect plenty of happenings!!!

We offer intimate theatrical performances, meditation workshops, wine & canvas nights, acoustic concerts, special events, group and private instruction, and more! The Center is also available to host your event or gathering.

People of all ages and walks of life are accepted and embraced within our walls. Don’t be a round peg trying to fit into a square hole! Instead, find your niche at The Center where there’s something for everyone!
