Senior Citizens Commission (November – Age Friendly City)

Presented by City of Akron, Community Events Division at Akron-Summit County Public Library (Main)

The goal of the new Senior Citizens Commission is to make Akron a better place to live for people 60 and over. Its monthly meetings focus on different topics and are open to the public. They are held from 1:00pm until 3:00pm on the second Monday of every month at the Library’s Main Branch on South High Street in Downtown Akron. Parking tickets from the library deck will be validated at each meeting.
