A display of over 200 works of art.
This is “not your grandma’s quilt show.” This year the show will draw quilt makers and sewing enthusiasts from around the state and feature more than 200 quilts and fiber art pieces displayed for competitive judging and cash awards. The Summit County Historical Society will show many of the historic quilts and coverlets from its permanent collection, together with the stories behind them. More than thirty national merchandise vendors will offer a variety of supplies and machinery for fabric artists and scissor sharpening. And don’t miss the raffle of dozen of baskets appealing to quilting and sewing enthusiasts. The show runs Friday, October 13 from 10-6 and Saturday, October 14 from 10-5.
Tickets are available at the door for $10.
