David Obney is a certified Michael Chekhov Acting Technique instructor, actor, and director. David has been teaching at Tallmadge High School for 21 years, where he currently teaches students enrolled in the Theater Arts Career Academy. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.
