If you are interested in participating, the jury fee is $15. The booth fee is $95 for a 10'x10' space and $190 for a 20'x10' space which will be due upon notification of acceptance into the show. The jury will take place on February 15 and March 15, 2013. If accepted you will receive an email with instructions on how to make your booth payment online. After acceptance into the festival, there are no vendor refunds.

The festival is very well promoted via ads, social media and road signage.

Vendors may set up at the park on the day of the festival, starting as early as 7:00 am. Vendors are expected to stay until the end of the festival at 5:00 pm. You are expected to bring a tent, table, chairs, etc. and to adhere to all county and state regulations (mobile food vendor application, vendors license, etc.).
