You think you can't draw? Not so, take a class with Deanna Clucas and surprise yourself!

Learn basic drawing techniques and go beyond what you've learned in high school.

The class starts on October 5th and continues to December 7th.
It will be held on Wednesdays from 6-9:30pm at the Peninsula Art Academy. Call to register and request a supplies list at 330-657-2248
from Wednesday to Sunday 11-5pm. The cost for a 10-week session is $165.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Deanna's experience as an artist covers most of her life, but changed to a professional career over the last twenty-five years. She works in several mediums in a vast array of subjects from realistic to abstract. Earning a degree in Commercial Art from the University of Akron and taking ongoing classes and workshops keeps her work fresh. Besides several one-woman shows, she exhibits in numerous group and outdoor shows.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.

Who should attend?
Nonprofit and for-profit leadership and marketing/communication professionals interested in learning about SEEN and participating in a conversation about the importance of authenticity and representation in our work.
