Function and Form, Artful Approaches to Everyday Living




Sooooo who wouldn’t want to sit in the Henna Chair by Nirali Shah; who artfully recreated an O’Neill’s department store display fixture! Summit Artspace is looking for functional artists to exhibit their work this September in a first-of-its-kind show. Creative, innovative approaches to the intersection of art and function featuring multiple mediums and design are requested. Traditional artists and nontraditional artists are welcome and encouraged. Juror is Karen Starr of Hazel Tree Design Studio. Show: Sept. 13-Oct. 5, 2019 at Summit Artspace on East Market.
