Come Learn! Come take a class with Marianne Hite!
Marianne attended Kent State University where she was exposed to glass artists not only from America but from all over Europe as well. The glass program was under the direction of Professor Henry Halem. He was instrumental in providing the opportunity for students’ exposure to a very rich and diverse array of world class talent. Since she received her B.F.A. from Kent State University, she has operated her own studio where she resides in the City of Green. Her expressive style employs a variety of techniques such as fusing, enameling, sandblasting, and laminating glass. Marianne creates slumped and fused kiln formed glass jewelry, vessels, wall hangings, and art objects.
