The office of U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) invites arts institutions, museums, and libraries in Ohio to attend grant seminars on Thursday, June 8th in Cincinnati and Columbus, and Friday, June 9th in Cleveland. The seminars, which will include presentations from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, and the Ohio Arts Council, will provide information on applying for grant programs administered by those agencies. Brown’s office is partnering with the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Greater Columbus Arts Council, Cuyahoga Arts and Culture, and the Community Partnerships for Arts and Culture to present the seminars.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.

Nonprofit and for-profit leadership and marketing/communication professionals interested in learning about SEEN and participating in a conversation about the importance of authenticity and representation in our work.
