Classification: Hourly, Casual, Non-Exempt

Profile: Under the direction of the Chief of Customer Service, serves as a customer service representative at the administrative office and/or the park district's visitors center, covering the information desk and gift shop. Provides customer service to the park staff, volunteers, and public.

Qualifications: Qualifications include but are not limited to: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform independently with a high degree of accuracy and organization. Experience with and ability to operate a variety of office equipment, fax, copier, phones, laminating machine, video equipment, cash register, credit card machine, computers, typically acquired through formal training beyond high school. Customer service and retail experience preferred. Written and oral communication skills that include the correct and accurate use of grammar, spelling, etc. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products, word processing, data entry, and e-mail. Must possess a valid State of Ohio driver’s license with clear driving record.

Conditions of Employment: Must successfully complete a one-year probationary period.
