Requirements and Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily activities in support of a non-profit organization's development programs. Maintains donor records, solicits and acknowledges donations, and prepares advertisements or correspondence regarding the organization and its programs. May arrange and attend meetings with donors and prospective donors.
May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a the arts. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.
