The Twinsburg Public Library is looking for a flexible individual willing to work evenings and weekends to fill the position of Circulation Services Assistant. This team member is responsible for providing excellent and efficient customer service including renewals over the phone; discharge of materials; taking holds to drive up window; and transferring calls to appropriate person. Assisting patrons with basic directional questions over the phone. This is a minimum wage position scheduled up to 17.5 hours a week. The position requires working a schedule which will include Saturday, Sunday, and evening hours. Great position for someone looking for limited hours and opportunity to enhance customer service skills and be part of a team. A detailed job description can be found HERE.
