Position: Administrative Assistant, 20 hours/week

The Administrative Assistant for The Nightlight works closely with the Executive Director and
is key to keeping operations running smoothly. The scope of work ranges from support for
show leaders, film scheduling, accounts payables & receivables, managing donor
communications and member newsletters. With an eye for detail, this position makes sure
that the theater runs in an organized and efficient manner, allowing for a high quality cinema
experience and strengthening community partnerships.

Position requires:

○ Fine attention to detail
○ Excellent customer service skills
○ Experience with google docs and project management
○ Efficient scheduling skills
○ Management of invoices, tax payments, and accounts receivable
○ Maintenance of the point of sale equipment, ticketing database, and inventory
management
○ Assisting with customer, donor, & member communications over email, phone,
and in person
○ Management of email and donor database
○ Working and collaborating well with others
○ Monitoring the general upkeep of the facility and theater equipment
○ Occasional help with off-site events

Helpful, but not required:

● Knowledge and passion about film and the downtown art community
● Website management, basic HTML

Compensation starts at $15/hour, negotiable based on experience.
