The Young Singers Foundation, or YSF, is now accepting applications for grants. Based on the mission of YSF, which is aligned with the organizational mission of Sweet Adelines International, the monies awarded will go to support endeavors that encourage the education and performance of women’s barbershop vocal music.
The first application period will be an abbreviated one with a deadline of August 1, 2016, providing funds for projects to be completed within the timeframe of November 1, 2016 and October 31, 2017. You may download an application here.
After this first funding phase, the application deadline for the second grant cycle will be November 1, 2016, supporting activities beginning no earlier than May 1, 2017 and completed by April 30, 2018.
