2020 Vision Board Workshop

Presented by Yoga Lounge & Barre at Yoga Lounge & Barre, Hudson OH

2020 Vision Board Workshop

See it. Do it. Believe it.

Welcome in 2020 with a crystal clear vision of what you want in the New Year. Set aside the time to reflect and meditate on your deeper goals. Begin to put them into action through the creation of a Vision Board.

During our time together we will have a discussion on the law of attraction, intention setting, and sankalpa. (Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word for an intention formed by the heart and mind – a solemn vow & determination.)

Bring your vision into focus with your 20/20 Vision board and focus your energy on what inspires and motivates you toward your personal goals.

Dress for comfort and light movement and bring a magazine to share with the group.
