Akron Society of Artists presents Painting from Life, Jan. 10-Feb.14

Friday mornings. A door tucked away on the third floor leads to one of the most creative places in Akron, Ohio–the studio/gallery of the storied Akron Society of Artists. See an exhibit of paintings from the ASA Fri AM life drawing sessions.

Local artists in the Friday morning life drawing sessions at the Akron Society of Artists’ studio in Summit Artspace will show their work from Jan. 10 through Feb. 14.

OPENING RECEPTION 
The show opens Friday, Jan. 10, 5-8 p.m. in the ASA third floor gallery at 140 E. Market St., Akron.

GALLERY HOURS
ASA’s third floor gallery is open weekly Thursdays and Fridays, noon to 7 p.m., and Saturdays, noon to 5 p.m. Additional hours include 4-7 p.m. on Jan. 16 for 3rd Thursday and the Feb. 1 Artwalk, 5-9 p.m.
