The Cuyahoga Valley Art Center (CVAC) would like to invite you to their Member Exhibition Artist Reception on July 12th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.

MEMBER EXHIBITION, ARTIST RECEPTION

The Cuyahoga Valley Art Center (CVAC) would like to invite you to their Member Exhibition Artist Reception on July 12th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.   

This exhibition displays the many talents of CVAC’s membership, providing the community with an insider’s look at the significant art currently being produced within their arts community. Showcasing recent paintings, sculpture, ceramics and works on paper by CVAC’s membership, this exhibition reveals the breadth of interests and investigations that take place within their artist community.

They invite the public to participate in their People’s Choice voting process that will select a winner in each of seven categories: Watercolor Media, Water Based Media, Oil Based Media, Dry Media, Mixed Media, 3-Dimensional Media & Photographic Media.  This voting will conclude during the artist reception to be held on Friday, July 12th from 5:00-8:00 PM in the main gallery. Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.

Nonprofit and for-profit leadership and marketing/communication professionals interested in learning about SEEN and participating in a conversation about the importance of authenticity and representation in our work.
