Fran Wilde is the author of the fantasy novel Updraft which received a starred review from Publisher’s Weekly and was featured in their Fall 2015 Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Top 10 list.  Her short stories have appeared in Asimov’s Science Fiction,Beneath Ceaseless Skies, Nature, and Tor.com. She also hosts the popular interview series “Cooking The Books,” which explores the meeting points between genre fiction and food.
