How can we bring the breath-centering elements of yoga into our daily waking lives? Getting in touch with our breath can help us become aware of and reduce breath-inhibiting anxiety. Learn simple ways to restore breath, increase calm, and reduce inflammation in the body. Learn a gentle, seated breath practice based in yoga and movement. This session is for beginners and simply anyone who wants to take a 30-minute break to breathe a little easier.
