Join Maria Santoferraro and healthy and delicious food guru Ross Dilley for a day retreat in the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park. A day retreat full of yoga, meditation, chanting, healthy eating, sound healing, and the opportunity to create your very own vision board for 2019!
The day will begin with a joyful and soul inspiring yoga class to get you ready to create your very own vision board. There will be delicious and nourishing food in the morning and a full lunch, and all the materials and inspiration you need to clarify your vision. I’m thrilled to announce that Sharon Lichtcsien will accompany me during the afternoon restorative yoga class with a full sound immersion with crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, and a gong bath during savasana. It is going to be a magical day and hopefully, the weather will permit us to get out for an afternoon hike in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park as well.
