Christmas Tree Adventure - Akron Northside

Over the river and through the woods to Heritage Tree Farms we go!

Climb aboard for this cherished holiday tradition and travel by rail to the historic Village of Peninsula! Upon your arrival around 11:30am, a bus will take you from the Peninsula Depot to Heritage Tree Farm where you can carefully select and cut down your own Christmas Tree or choose from one of the pre-cut trees available at the farm. The bus will then return you back to the Peninsula Depot for 1:40pm departure back to the Akron Northside Station.

Already have your dream tree in mind?  In your spare time you can return to the Village of Peninsula for a little early holiday shopping at one of the unique shops around time!

Tree cost is notincluded in your train ticket. Your tree will be bundled and taken to the train by Heritage Tree Farm. Please bring additional gear for securing your tree to your vehicle at the Akron Station if necessary.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please be prepared to dress appropriately for the weather.
