Connor Bogart O’Brien’s Christmas Under the Stars
Just like the classic television specials of old, vocalist and bandleader Connor Bogart O’Brien returns to the Akron Civic for the second year with his encore holiday concert, “Christmas Under The Stars”.
Flanked by his nine piece big band, made up of some of the finest musicians in Northeast Ohio, and featuring special guest vocalists, including the students of the Akron All City Musical together again backing him up on some gospel melodies, this is an evening of laughter, stories, and most of all, heartwarming Christmas songs made famous by legendary artists you know and love.
So if you long for the age of Nat King Cole, Big Crosby, Frank Sinatra and even some Elvis, bring the entire family for this new Akron holiday tradition under the glistening stars of the Civic.
