National touring artist, featured member of the Joey DeFrancesco Trio, & Akron-native guitar master makes swingin’ return to BLU! Featuring Brett Williams, Theron Brown, Kip Reed, Dave Throckmorton.
Akron’s own, guitarist Dan Wilson, is one of the biggest names on the jazz guitar scene today! He has shared the stage with the likes of Russell Malone, Les McCann, Christian McBride, Eric Marienthal, and Dave Stryker, to name a few.
A finalist in the 2015 Indaba Music Wes Montgomery International Jazz Guitar Competition, Dan has been on an international tour with three-time Grammy nominated jazz organ legend, Joey DeFrancesco, in support of their all-new studio album, “Trip Mode,” which also features drummer Jason Brown & bassist Mike Boone.
