Dance Your Soul is a Free Form Dance that will allow you to follow your own journey in creating a meditative, spiritual dance in a heartfelt community. The freedom and acceptance that exists at DYS has created a space for a wonderful community to develop and a place where people can feel supported in their self-expression of life through movement, meditation and dance.
